Overview of Requirements

  • Current passport

  • Visa for Guinea

  • Travel insurance

  • Proof of Yellow Fever vaccination

  • Emergency contact information

  • Copy of your flight itinerary

  • Optional: register with embassy/consulate

Visa Requirements by the Guinea Embassy

  • A valid passport with a minimum of 6 months before expiration

  • Two passport sized photographs

  • Two completed application forms

  • Yellow Fever vaccination certificate

  • A letter stating the purpose of your trip

While the Yellow Fever Vaccine is the only required vaccine, we strongly request you follow all of the current recommendations and requirements given by the Center for Disease Control (CDC) with regard to vaccines and medications.
